Yes! Our modern machines are equipped for ultimate convenience. You can pay with traditional quarters or use our mobile payment app to pay directly from your phone via credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay.
We pride ourselves on a clean and supported environment. We have friendly staff available at our Lithia Springs location Monday - Saturday from 9am - 6pm and Sunday from 12pm - 6pm to assist you with machine operation, garment care questions, or laundry supplies.
Absolutely! We have extra-large, industrial-grade washers designed specifically for bulky items like comforters, sleeping bags, and small area rugs that won’t fit in a home machine.
Our high-efficiency machines are built for speed. A standard wash cycle takes approximately 25–30 minutes, and our powerful dryers typically finish a load in 30 minutes, getting you in and out in about an hour.
You are welcome to bring your favorite soaps, but if you forget, we’ve got you covered! We have on-site vending machines stocked with premium detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets.
Yes! We want your visit to be productive. We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and plenty of large folding tables so you can work or relax while you wait.
Wash and Fold Questions (Lithia Springs Location Only)
Think of it as your personal laundry assistant! You drop off your dirty laundry, and our professional staff handles the rest. We sort your clothes by color and fabric type, wash them with premium detergents, dry them perfectly, and fold them neatly so they are ready to go straight into your drawers.
Our wash and fold service is conveniently priced by the pound. This means you only pay for exactly what you need cleaned. Large, bulky items like king-size comforters or heavy blankets are charged at a flat rate per item to ensure they get the specialized care they require.
Absolutely. We know everyone has different preferences or skin sensitivities. We offer a variety of premium detergents, including hypoallergenic and scent-free options. Just let our attendant know your preferences for water temperature, drying heat, or fabric softener when you drop off your bag.
We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround! Most orders dropped off at our Lithia Springs location are ready for pickup in 24-48-hours.
Never. At Wash & Go Laundry, hygiene and quality are our top priorities. Every customer's laundry is processed in its own dedicated machines throughout the entire washing and drying cycle.
Please exclude any items that require dry cleaning, shoes, or extremely delicate "hand-wash only" garments. We also ask that you double-check your pockets for pens, lipstick, or loose change before drop-off!
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Scheduling is simple! Just visit our website and click the "Schedule a Pickup" button. You can choose a time slot that works best for you, enter your address, and provide any special instructions for our driver. You’ll receive a confirmation and a reminder when we are on our way.
Not at all! Most of our customers prefer "contactless" service. Simply leave your laundry in a secure location (like your front porch, behind a gate, or with a concierge) and let us know where it will be in your order notes. We will pick it up and drop it back off at the same spot.
We recommend using a laundry bag or a disposable trash bag that can be cinched closed.
We treat your clothes exactly the way you would. When you create your account, you can set "Permanent Preferences" for detergent type (including hypoallergenic options), water temperature, and drying heat. You can also add specific notes to any individual order for one-time requests.
To keep our service efficient and affordable, we do have a minimum of $35 for delivery orders. If your load is smaller than the minimum, you will simply be charged the base rate. This is perfect for ensuring your weekly essentials are always fresh.
There is not - you can cancel at any time because we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is finished.
